They fake reviews by asking tennants to review the job of the cleaning ladies with QR-codes leading you to this review page, leading to a lot of fake 5 star-reviews. They are trying to scam you by not paying back the deposit and not answering you, when you're trying to contact them through various channels. I have heard from other former tenants who have also had difficulty in getting their deposits refunded. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication from Live It. Update: After weeks of complaints, they refunded the deposit. However, they returned an insufficient amount of money and charged more for the cleaning service than what was agreed upon in the contract. Additionally, they added a VAT charge to the transaction, even though there is no VAT within the EU according to SEPA regulations. A lot of tenants have the same problems and are highly vocal about it in the corresponding groups
