Stayed here in the ramblas building for half a year, and overall it was a great experience! The staff are friendly and generally try to help you if you ask, the location is in the dead center of the city, so it's easy to commute anywhere you need. They used to hold different events for tennants, although in the last months of my stay there has been less of those. However, one thing that I didn't like as much is the Tennant portal. In generall, it doesn't work that great. The interface is a bit confusing and the checkout procedure to receive your deposit is unnecessarily complex. But nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here.
