WARNING. ColiveIt scams foreigners. they will try to steal your deposit, this has been reported by many renters and something I went through personally and know others who have too. this is an awful organization. the positive reviews on google are absolutely fake. everyone I've met hated ColiveIt. there are literally group chats organizing because this place routinely selectively scams foreigners. the pictures of the places are deceptive. it's an ugly apartment complex. it's not coliving. I do a lot of coliving and this is hands down the worst one I've ever seen. no one interacts with anyone, there are no shared activities. it's an isolated apartment. and they will try to steal your deposit. not only will they take out $150 of it and call it "cleaning and transfer fees" they will also just outright try to steal it and blame it on "wire issues". it took MONTHS for me to get it back and only after threatening legal action. I know others who still don't have theirs back and are contacting regulators. I can't emphasize enough how awful coliveit is. there is even a group chat organizing people to notify regulators of them and to warn foreigners to stay away.
