Palma Coliving Barcelona

I am very unhappy because I booked my stay at Palma in Barcelona. Now everyone got an email that bookings are ‚paused‘. My stay was planned for in one month and I still did not even receive confirmation that I’ll get my money back. This situation is really not acceptable.

I had a great stay at Palma Coliving. The villa is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms, large bathrooms cleaned weekly, and a big, well-equipped kitchen. The location is nice in the Gracia neighborhood, although it takes around 15–20 minutes on foot to reach the center of the area. The only point for improvement would be the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces, especially the pool, which sometimes collected leaves and insects. There is a gardener who comes weekly, but running the pool filter more often could make a big difference. Emma was super kind and helpful, when I asked for the pool to be cleaned earlier, she immediately arranged for the gardener to come the next day. Her yoga sessions were also a highlight of my stay!

BEWARE!! If I could give zero or negative stars, I would! These people are liars! Actually, I think they might be pathological liars and take ZERO accountability. They false advertise and deceive people just to get their money. I will never do business with this company again. It’s actually a shame because the houses in Barcelona and Mallorca are beautiful, and the house hosts are lovely good people who unfortunately fell into a bad job situation with scammers committing fraud. The owners need to go back to school and learn about proper business ethics and basic human decency.

I BEG EVERYONE TO SAVE THEIR MONEY AND THEMSELVES FROM PALMA COLIVING. I was there for two weeks and left today because the place is no longer livable. There is no running water or flushable toilets for several days, the conditions have turned quite disgusting and gross. The company has run out of money and is likely going under, they failed to pay their water bill and have lied to us multiple times that there was administrative errors with the utilities company which makes no sense. A utilites company does not shut off water for admin errors, it's because they failed to pay their water bills for months which we found out ourselves and have confirmed. No one responded to us and the problem has been going on the entire week. The conditions were unlivable prior to the water problem, there was no a/c, no community or people living there. It's a dead house, they host parties that invade your privacy and use of the house. They still have not shut down the house and not refunded us for this issue, they are still taking bookings and you will end up at a NIGHTMARE of a situation. Read all the recent reviews, pls stay away from this place.... The screenshots i'm posting are of Matthieu who lied to us and said it would be solved asap, this was days ago. We've heard nothing since and they've ghosted us. I have to pay for another airbnb and twice the cost I anticipated. PLEASE PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I had an amazing stay here! The environment was perfect for both work and relaxation, with great common areas and a productive atmosphere. The people here were friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a true community. Emma was an incredible host—super helpful and always ensuring everyone had a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and inspiring place to stay!

I can only recommend Palma Coliving, the best coliving experience of my life! The villa is simply beautiful, with an ideal location just a 10-minute walk from the metro, while remaining a haven of nature and calm. The community spirit is very strong, and you immediately feel welcomed with open arms, like at home. It's largely thanks to Emma, who is fabulous at her job, thanks to whom we have various activities on offer. She is very responsive and makes us feel at home in the community very quickly. I have stayed before in Palma, Mallorca edition, and I had the feeling that I am going to enjoy this experience as much as I did with the island one! The villa is gorgeous and I met beautiful, amazing people. Even though I only stayed for 2 weeks, I had a blast! Barcelona is full of digital nomad events and you definitely never get bored there. The happiness officer makes sure the calendar is filed up with nice events which keeps the community close. Palma colivings are definitely the best colivings I have ever stayed in. They are organized, very clean and they always make sure you are having a nice experience 🥰💗

I’m very grateful of my experience in Palma coliving in Barcelona. I have been amazed by the location of the villa close to the metro and Barcelona activities and at the same time a bit away from the city vibes with the garden and the beautiful view. I also really enjoyed the activities and the community dinner organised by Emma, the happiness officer. I hope to come back soon

This is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU WANT TO PAY $2000 FOR A ROOM TO LIVE IN THE EMMA SHOW. She can do anything and the "owners" will defend her actions. The worst part of living at Palma was the "Happiness Officer" Emma, who made this experience awful. She is rude, she said inappropriate and insulting things to me with a smile on her face and I hear that her boyfriend (who doesn't live there) often spends evenings dancing without a shirt. SHE IS SELECTIVE ABOUT WHO SHE DECIDES TO BE RESPECTFUL TOWARDS and she has a loose relationship with the truth. The Pros: I had air conditioning. The house is beautiful and it is often cleaned. The kitchen is spacious and the pool was nice during the extremely hot summer in Barcelona. The Cons: The unprofessional "Happiness Officer", the house is located far away from everything you want to see and do in Barcelona and there is a steep hill and multiple steps you have to traverse to get to and from the metro. It was terrible in the August heat. Management is disorganized. They sent me a message telling me "goodbye" that it is time to wrap up my stay the day I arrived. They asked me for proof of payment 1 month after I left before choking with Coliving.com who confirmed it. They checked with me (the customer) before checking with the company they use as an intermediary. Management and the people they employ matter! I like colivings I always stay at colivings, this place is a disaster. I stayed in Barcelona and chose to book a stay at another Coliving where I am much happier. Never again.

I'm simply gutted to have to leave Palma Barcelona! 😭 I had so many great memories of nearly six weeks at this house. With the efforts of Robyn and Emma, they have created a truly special community, where people from different walks of life can come together and experience the incredible, fast-paced, exhilarating city of Barcelona. This coliving is a caring place, where they want you to make the most of your experience there, and everyone is there to support each other on our own unique journeys. They did a great job of planning community events - regular yoga, community dinners, always something happening on the weekends. There's no way you can be bored here. The house itself is a bit far outside the city (it's about a 10-15 min walk to the metro stop, but from there the city is accessible to you). The villa is absolutely charming and has stunningggg views. Note that it's up at the top of a few huge flights of stairs, so be mindful in case that could be an issue for you. (But for me it was the best and only way to work off too much vermut and pan 🤣) I can only hope I'll be back someday, and I hope you get a chance to experience this awesome place for yourself! Your life will be so much better and more interesting because of it! 🤩

Such a great place! It's only a 12 min walk to the L3 Metro, which opens up all of Barcelona. Yet it's still away from the crowds. The house is lovely and quiet. Beautiful location. Amazing people at the coliving. Well run. Overall, I would highly recommend Palma Barcelona!

What a place! As someone who has done multiple colivings & lived in Barcelona for a while, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Robyn & Emma brought the best energy to the house & their skillsets in yoga & meditation made for a calm, peaceful start to each day. Green, quiet spaces & fresh air is hard to come by in this city so sleeping with my windows open each night was such a luxury. The house itself is spacious & clean & the sauna/pool was an added, highly appreciated perk. Loved exploring a more local area of barna & jumped on a bike to be in the centre within 10 mins. Group events were fun & not forced. So many great memories & interesting people. Can’t wait to come back next month. Xx

I had the most incredible time during my Palma stay in October. The house was the perfect oasis outside of the noise of the city but still within easy access of public transportation. The rooms were very comfortable (I stayed in two during my stay because they were almost booked up) and I had everything I could need and more. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up a meal for yourself but even better for connecting with friends over the smell of toast and coffee (which is always available, free, and delicious.) That kitchen holds so many incredible memories for me that I’m smiling while I type this. I had the chance to make a gumbo (traditional Louisiana dish) as soon as the weather got a bit cooler for everyone in the house, complete with a homemade chocolate cake for one of the girl’s bdays. We swapped stories and tried out each others accents 😂 We played games, drank wine, shared ideas, and explored a city that now feels like home. My only complaint was how hard it is to say goodbye. I am incredibly grateful to Emma and Robyn who made the stay warm in absolutely every way. From yoga and Thai massage, to meditation, both of them empowered me to celebrate myself and my wellbeing. Their passion and joy radiates throughout the entire space. Thank you Palma, hasta luego 🫶

This was one of my favorite stays in Barcelona! While it’s a little far from the city center, the house is massive, which is a real luxury in Barcelona. It even has a pool and sauna! The views are incredible, and the house is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful and quiet spot. There are metro stations nearby, so it’s still easy to reach by public transportation. My room was huge (almost like an apartment), and the dedicated co-working space was excellent. The internet speed was reliable too. Emma, the happiness manager, and Robyn, the yoga instructor (yes, yoga is included!), were amazing. They were super friendly and made sure everyone was having a great time. I highly recommend this place for working, meeting fellow nomads, and enjoying the beauty of Barcelona.

The house is amazing, and the Happiness Offer Emma is amazing, as is the other Happiness Officer Robyn - we couldn’t be anymore happy with how the place is run, the vibe of the place which the happiness officers create, and the pool, sauna and beautiful facilities. The Palma Coliving is a beautiful, spacious house, well-located in a quiet area, yet very close to the city center. The kitchen is very functional, with each person having designated spaces for their food—fridge, freezer, and storage cabinet. The coworking space is very pleasant, as is the living room with a large screen for watching movies on a very comfortable couch. Unfortunately, these two spaces are not soundproofed, so it’s not always easy to coordinate their use. The outdoor area is also very lovely—a beautiful terrace, a charming relaxation area, and a stunning pool, though a bit too cold for my taste. Everything is well-maintained and functional, which in turn attracts equally charming people. I highly recommend this place, the people in charge of the organization are exceptional and offer many kinds of activities.

Charming villa with great views and amenities :) Barcelona experienced an atypical heat wave in August which made it difficult to sleep at night with no AC. Palma Coliving in Barcelona is a hidden gem. I had no idea about that coliving even as I was staying in co-livings for a long time, and visiting Barcelona frequently. It's just next to Park Güell up the hill, so it's more calm and less polluted than the rest of the city. The house is spectacular. With its own swimming pool, and a sauna. There is a very cool, sunny, well-equipped co-working there. The 2 kitchens, a big dining room and a wonderful shared area with a projector and a big screen to watch movies together are a nice space to get to know other coliving guests. I had a really good time there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palma Coliving in Barcelona, and it was an exceptional experience that I am eager to share. The accommodation was nothing short of perfect, receiving a flawless ten out of ten. The rooms were the epitome of comfort, offering a tranquil space where one could unwind after a bustling day in the city. Waking up to the serene views of Tibidabo and the bustling city center was a daily delight that added an extra touch of magic to my stay. In terms of leisure and activities, Palma Coliving outdid itself, earning another ten out of ten. There was never a dull moment, with an abundance of in-house activities that catered to every interest and mood. From the relaxing sauna sessions to the refreshing swims in the pool, and the grounding Yoga to invigorating Chi Qong classes, there was something for everyone. It was the perfect way to balance work and play. The number of members during my stay was slightly lower, which I attribute to the off-season. However, this aspect did not detract from the experience. In fact, it contributed to a more tranquil and intimate atmosphere, which I personally enjoyed. I would rate this an eight out of ten. A special shoutout to Deborah, the Community Manager, who did an incredible job in making everyone feel connected and at home, despite the smaller crowd. The coworking space was impeccable, meeting all my needs and expectations, thus deserving a solid ten out of ten. The space was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and spacious, offering everything one might require for a productive day. Lastly, the location of Palma Coliving could not have been better for me, easily earning another ten out of ten. Nestled close to nature and right next to Park Guell, it provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Yet, it was conveniently located within a 20-minute walk to the heart of Gracia, with excellent bus and metro connections to central Barcelona. In conclusion, my stay at Palma Coliving in Barcelona was an extraordinary experience, marked by impeccable accommodations, a plethora of activities, a cozy community atmosphere, a top-notch coworking space, and an unbeatable location. It's a gem in Barcelona that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of productivity, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

I stayed here during the opening month and had the best stay! It’s an absolutely beautiful property, very spacious with a nice coworking space and swimming pool. Plus they have events organised every week and a projector in the lounge for movie nights, so it’s easy to bond with other digital nomads. It’s within walking distance of Parc Gaudi and you can also walk into town or take the metro (but it is up a hill so it’s a nice work out when you head home!) I would definitely stay here again

This is my second time at a Palma Coliving (I was previously at the one in Palma de Mallorca) and I couldn't have enjoyed the experience more. The best part is the people you meet. It creates a fantastic atmosphere for connecting and helping each other. The Barcelona villa is spectacular, with a huge garden, a pool, and city views (it's right next to the famous Park Güell). The common areas are ideal for connecting with other digital nomads, especially the workspace, which has everything you need. There's a projector for watching movies, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a sauna! The rooms are very spacious, and I remember they also had a little house for those who wanted to travel with their pet 🐶 One last thing to add is that they organize activities for the colivers to get to know each other. I loved the tapas night; everything was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

The Palma Co-living space in Barcelona is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious with large wardrobes for your things. The room I stayed in with my friend had double sinks and a big bath tub too! The communal areas (kitchen, dining room & co-working space / living room) are all decent size. There is a big projector for movie nights with friends. Outside there is a garden with sun beds, a hammock and a big swimming pool. There is gym equipment, yoga classes 3x per week and even a sauna. The internet speed was great, I didn’t have any issues while working from here. Matthieu and Hugo the owners are so friendly, and so were the other nomads staying here. There is a metro station just a 10 minute walk away and it takes 15 minutes on the tube to get to the centre which is so easy. The house is at the top of a hill so you’ll also get your step count in on the way back from the city lol! I would definitely recommend!!

As a digital nomad from Barcelona looking for change, Palma coliving surprised me a lot! The Coliving property is definitely unique compared to the others in the city: the "villa-style" with its unique private garden/swimming people, its location: nearby Gracia district one of the most dynamic district for me so far, the "family vibes" thanks to the selected community to make sure to be aligned with their conscious values such as creating meaningful connection, or organising event together to enjoy every moment of our stay.
