The house and gardens are beautiful, offering rare space and amenities like a swimming pool, which is a luxury in Barcelona. The new community manager, Emma, was a standout, organising yoga and tapas nights that added great value to the experience. However, there were a few challenges, particularly with the lack of air conditioning during the hot summer months (which Palma claim they will install for next summer). The community vibe in the house could also be improved as it's in early stages.
