I originally had an issue with my booking (I didn’t realise the admin fee until after booking). and was upset originally but the staff went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and help me, even though I was being a bit of a ‘Karen’ at first! Thank you for all of your help and for getting my refund issued so quickly.
