I stayed here last year after the company had placed me in an accommodation that firstly wasn’t as advertised (no ensuite bathroom) and secondly they hadn’t checked or cleaned the accommodation prior to me staying, so when I arrived I found that it had been broken into and lived in by homeless people. It was absolutely disgusting and overall a very distressing experience which they didn’t even compensate me for and refused to refund me the HUGE admin fee that they charged. So I stayed at the la ramblas building for a few months instead and I did like the rooftop and the gym but overall it is very expensive for what you pay for. But the real issue I have with this company was getting my deposit back after I stayed; the company lied to me, ignored me and wouldn’t give me back my deposit and for no reason at all! It seems that the electronic system that they use if faulty and the amount of times that they would lie to me by telling me I would receive my refund is just unacceptable. It has caused me months of stress. The company have very bad customer service and I am aware that I am not the only tenant that had this issue with them not issuing deposits. I would not recommend using this company.
