Clean hostel in a convenient location with supportive staff. a. We are a family of four. With two small kids. We took room H5 which had a queen size bed + bunk bed + private bathroom + large screen TV with Netflix. Our kids definitely enjoyed their stay. This hostel feels more like a 2-3 staff hotel than a hostel. b. Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, skate park and downtown. Plenty of free parking around. c. Alberto at reception answered all our questions and provided great recommendations for kids parks, restaurants and a garage. d. When we had vehicle issues and had to stay around longer after check-out - the staff was understanding and accommodating. e. Important to note that the hostel is only one floor and it's a (semi)basement. So it may feel a bit stuffy at times. But with the window open it was perfectly fine.
