Unfortunately, I can second the feedback about a strange group dynamic. In my case, it was rather enhanced by some of the female volunteers - having built such a nuclear family with each other and with some long term guests, feeling themselves a bit too home-y and not leaving space for new people to unfold and find their own dynamic. As a paying guest you shouldn’t feel excluded or talked about. To be fair, the owner wasn’t around at the time. Maybe she manages the coliving/coworking differently. I really wanted to like it - the house, the idea, the location have a lot of potential - but secretly I was happy when it was time to leave.
