I can recommend Raquels Coliving 100 per cent. I spent three weeks here in November 2023 and would have loved to stay even longer. The loving atmosphere of the house literally spills over to the residents. There’s no chance of getting bored, even after work, as you can chill out on the roof terrace with the house community or wander around the houses.

Even though the old town is not on the beach, it is not a problem to reach the city beach quickly and virtually at any time by public transport. Especially when you are in Las Palmas for a workation, you really appreciate the tranquillity of the old town with its varied and excellent gastronomy.
