I stayed for one month in Coliving1907. The house is located in the old center and is very spacious and bright. The owner decorated the rooms with good taste and with professional stand-up desks, you have the possibility to work well in you room, or on the rooftop terrace. A big problem ist the noice especially at night. The house is located at a very busy street with a often frequented bus stop right next to the house. Most of the residents used ear plugs in order to sleep. The air pollution is high on the roof terrace and room if you leave your windows open during rush hour in the morning The kitchen is in my opinion not equipped well for the amount of people staying. The furniture is old, very low and smelly. Dishwasher is in my mind too small for eight people. Service: Cleaning is done often and only in the kitchen you sometimes get a little messiness. The place is generally clean. One of my main critique points is, that the house is advertised as co-living where people do more together than just living and enjoy activities together organised by the owner. However nothing of that sort ever happened. You perceive the owner mainly as a landlord. She has during my stay not organised any events for the residents. There was no Yoga, no breathwork, nothing going on. She also misleadingly promotes activities on Social media which have nothing to do with the Coliving and creates the impression those activities where actually organised in the coliving with the residents together. Furthermore she rents out the house for events that are held by third parties, like painting courses, that then take place in the coliving. The residents are not informed about it beforehand. When those events take place the residents have to vacate some communal spaces for the time the event is held. The events involve alcohol and get sometimes very loud. Those external events that the residents didn't appreciate at all, since strangers are coming regularly in the house and occupy space. She then has the audacity to promote those events on Instagram as Coliving-organised, which is just mind-blowing, when the actual residents are actually suffering from that and not benefiting. Bottom line: Price and Service don't match. It is basically an over-expensive flatshare of which you can find others for half the price in Las Palmas. I cannot recommend it.
