In my opinion, the host has no morals when a refund is discussed for living conditions that bring direct hazard to health. Despite efforts to resolve the issue and request a monetary refund, the host's response was, in my opinion, inadequate and uncooperative, including false accusations. If any issues arise during your stay, it is recommended that you prepare for the possibility of encountering difficulty in receiving a refund from the host. It is also advisable to anticipate potential delays in resolving any issues, which may result in inconvenience and impact your wellbeing, including potential health concerns. When choosing a business to work with, it is important to consider their priorities and values. It may be beneficial to seek out businesses that prioritize providing excellent service and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend considering other options if a business owner does not prioritize these values."
