10/10 – With a 360° wrap-around huge balcony, fast wi-fi throughout, full kitchen amenities, and a large common area, you don’t need to leave this place except to hit the beach about 4 blocks away. It’s a brand new space, but it gets cleaned on a weekly basis do it’ll stay that way. Grocery store and gym within 10 minutes walking. It is in a residential neighborhood. Some bedrooms do not have bathrooms, but I think there are 5 bathrooms in the house (7 bedrooms).
