I very enjoyed my stay at La Kookaburra. I was there for the Back on Track retreat in October.
I was spoiled with amazing food cooked by a chef (Cees) everyday, had 5 dogs to cuddle 😻 treat myself with a Shia Su massage 🥰, coaching session 🙌🏻by the sweet Corrien
Not only I took care of my body 💪 thanks to Malou’s amazing’s peachy bum 🍑and yoga classes 🧘‍♀️, I also discovered a new morning routine with meditation and breathing session 🙏
Of course the environment, in the middle of the mountains, had something special,the amazing sunrises on the Villa everyday were very powerful on my daily mood 🤩

Thanks Anna and Villa La Kookaburra team, I feel recharged
