La Folcrà is a charming, well-preserved traditional Catalan house, thoughtfully renovated with taste. Its surroundings are beautiful. Above all, the time at FEM has been a transformative experience... A transformation that was already in motion I suppose (you don’t get to a place like FEM by chance) but the month spent there has been key. You enter a different world, one where each day is full of beauty, and respect. Each morning you open the window to a mountain bathed in light, get greeted by the smile of your fellow coworkers, or the purring of the cats (who live outside). The rhythm is pleasant, slow, yet the focus and creativity sharper than ever. Many walking trails start from the house, offering nice alternatives for a break. The evenings are spent cooking together (or on your own, depending on your mood), sitting by the fireplace, reading, laughing, discussing books, or imagining together the possibilities of a new world... Thank you Elena and Joan for setting up this revolutionary corner of pure beauty!
