Coliving Compostela was the perfect place to stay after finishing the Camino de Santiago. I was looking for somewhere that offered both privacy and a sense of community – and this place delivered exactly that. I had my own private bedroom with a bathroom, while still being able to enjoy shared spaces like the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and a multipurpose room where yoga classes are sometimes held. The concept is very modern and practical. There are no physical keys or cards to worry about – you simply use a code to enter both the main door and your room. I really appreciated not having to stress about losing a key after such a long journey. Eva, the owner, was incredibly supportive and attentive. She contacted me several times with clear instructions on how to access the property and to make sure I arrived safely. That personal care made me feel very welcome. The space itself is stylish and thoughtfully designed, with an artsy minimalist touch. My room was spacious and had a beautiful wooden desk that added warmth to the modern design. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and it even seemed like the room was serviced daily, which was a lovely bonus. The location is also very convenient — only a 10–15 minute walk from the Cathedral and the bus/train station. There are plenty of useful facilities nearby, including supermarkets, a self-service laundry, and even a waxing studio right next door. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly enjoyed being part of this modern coliving concept, even if only for a short time, and I would definitely recommend it!
