The cleanliness is a 0. The bathroom is flooded because the drain is clogged, and to top it all off, SO MANY cockroaches have emerged that we even found them inside our suitcases. If you go to another bathroom, you'll find hundreds of ants. DISGUSTING is an understatement. NOT AT ALL.
