Buyer beware: Very unorganized and unprofessional agency. I contacted them in mid-December, they confirmed availability for a room in April-May, I sent my passport details and they said they'd get back to me with a contract, probably before Christmas. Fast forward to April and they added me to a WhatsApp group for new arrivals. I thought that was strange as I hadn't signed or paid anything — or received any communication from them in almost four months. I contacted them and they said, 'You have a monthlong stay starting in two days.' They then said they had a strict cancellation policy, expecting me to still come to stay with them, when the only communication I'd received from them was being added to a WhatsApp group. Who would turn up to a monthlong stay at a coliving without having signed anything, paid anything or received any communication from the agency?! And who would run a business and not ensure that their clients have signed something and paid for a room — until the *client* reaches out to them two days before a supposed stay...that they knew nothing about?! Based on obvious unprofessionalism, incompetence, rudeness and attempted gaslighting, I would stay well clear of this accommodation provider. In contrast, I've found the staff at Vivarium to be friendly, honest and responsive.
