I was fortunate to stay at the Les Arts building from September -November 2023. The location was quiet at night which I preferred. I had stayed in the Canovas neighborhood the year before and had to sleep with earplugs because it was so noisy. So the quiet was very welcoming, Also, the location is within walking distance to the Dia, meat market, restaurants, and nice shopping. I found this neighborhood to be very safe for women to walk in safely at night and very close to all the neighborhoods/transit/dining. The wi-fi was slow, even though they have routers on each floor and we did have one outage. However, it wasnt so slow that it created issues. During the outage, the MyCoLiving team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue quickly as it was an issue with the carrier. The design of the apartment was perfect and very nicely designed, All the appliances worked very well. The bed was great too as i have back issues. I didnt have any issues with my back during my stay. I would definitely rent again. It really felt like i was living in Spain and that is what i was looking for.
