I just returned from this place. The atmosphere is superb, very homey. The location is surrounded by greenery. Administrator Yuri is always ready to help if needed. There's unlimited coffee and tea. There's a barbecue area. The grounds are well-maintained. The owners have two dogs, kind and affectionate. A good breakfast with a light menu to choose from. There's a park nearby. Bicycle rentals are available for 50 UAH per hour. There are small shops and a pharmacy nearby. The only issue is the hotel's soundproofing. But if people understand they're not alone and there's mutual respect, then everything is great)) a great way to change the scenery. The rooms are comfortable, new, and clean.
