I was very impressed by the creative approach and business acumen of the young owners of the Stockholm Studios guesthouse, which recently opened its bright, Scandinavian-style rooms in the rapidly developing city of Irpin, near Kyiv. Absolutely brilliant service, cozy atmosphere, sparkling cleanliness, and VERY reasonable prices… If you're planning a trip to Kyiv, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! Incidentally, the price also includes an introduction to this huge, amazingly intelligent, and friendly dog named Yezhi (a Russian Black Terrier), who will greet you with a rich baritone bark three times, open the wrought-iron gate with his nose, and escort you to the entrance.
