A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience. I booked this hotel as a staycation for four days, so that I could see the sights in London. This hotel provides a level of service usually found at far higher prices. Very accessible by train (Paddington via the Circle Line). Very friendly and helpful staff. The spa and steam room were excellent, and again of a quality which I would expect of a much more expensive hotel. I will definitely be staying with them, the next time I am in London.
