Absolutely 100/10 experience. There is literally nothing that could’ve made it better, mine and my boyfriends stay for valentines and anniversary (we celebrate them together!) was incredible. Monica was absolute gem she was with me during the entire planning process (as i wanted it to be a surprise!) and was just so easy to talk to. The rest of the staff at reception every single one was so friendly and spoke to you as if you were already good friends, you know? It was such a refreshing feeling and the facilities were so good and clean. We got our GOODDD use out of the gym, sauna, swimming pool, steam room, listening lounge and cinema room. We so gratefully received a free room upgrade and free drinks as it was such a special occasion and were allowed to use the facilities before we checked in and even after we checked out!!! There are not enough words to thank Monica for the next to none hospitality, the lovely lad who set up the gifts in the room, the girl who checked us in making sure to keep it a secret and the guy who extended our key card to make sure we could stay after we checked out, and everyone else at Mason and Fifth Westbourne Park.
