Appalling visit. Literally the most diabolical room and ‘service’ ever.||Also in the middle of nowhere. ||Evidently all cash was spaffed on the ground floor. On arrival to the accommodation levels you quickly realise it’s all a con. |The rooms have been done on the cheap. Nothing feels right. TV doesn’t work. Air conditioner faulty. Can’t open the window because it overlooks a highway and crazy noisy. Staff are pleasant but they have zero agency. A manager was meant to connect with me but they were seemingly absent so I guess he couldn’t be bothered. ||I met with a friend in Notting Hill during my stay and it took exactly 38 minutes to walk there. So their statement that it’s 15 minutes away is yet another con. When a company is that dishonest it makes you lose trust in their entire offering. ||Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere
