Disappointing stay – Poor hygiene and maintenance issues • Cleanliness: The room was dirty. I even found a pile of trash left inside the closet. • Service: The shower was clogged and wouldn't drain at all. To make matters worse, maintenance was only scheduled for my check-out day, which is completely unacceptable.
