It's a very pleasant, clean, and quiet hotel/apartment with a pool, gym, laundry facilities, and breakfast. It's 5 minutes from Westbourne Park metro station and 2 minutes from the bus stop. What impressed me most about this place was the kindness of ALL the staff. They were very helpful, cheerful, and kind.
