First things first, Larissa and Monica at the front desk really made all the difference for our stay. They are incredibly professional and accommodating. We had some request ragarding our room and they made us feel comfortable and not judged for asking to have amendments made to our booking. The location is very good, westbourne park tube to central London including Paddington (10mins max) as well as buses right outside the door. The hotel is new and safe, and the vibe and decor is very contemporary and relaxing. I did use the 10th floor lounge as a work space and it was great! They also have a pool and spa as well as laundry facilities. Our thanks to Grace and the team for accommodating our request. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
