I came here for a 2 night stay to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and we were blown away. The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable, clean and well serviced with a broad range of high quality amenities. The gym facilities stand out from any hotel I’ve stayed in, and the pool and sauna are also great. What really stood out to us from the moment we walked in was the kind, attentive and generous people working at Mason & Fifth. Although everyone we spoke to was lovely, some people that really stood out was Will and Michael at the bar, Jake and the rest of the team at the front desk, Jonathan and Brigitte + the team in the grounding and many more. A special thank you to Will for making us feel so accommodated and making my girlfriend’s birthday feel extra special. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere created by all the staff is what makes this hotel stand out from any other places that we’ve visited. We will definitely be back !! Thank you !!
