I stayed here for one night and unfortunately had one of the worst nights’ sleep. My room had a loud banging noise from the pipes throughout the evening, along with a persistent buzzing sound that continued all night and made it impossible to rest. I had specifically requested a quiet room away from the lift, as I had important meetings the next day, so this was particularly disappointing that despite not being near a lift the room was still super noisy. It’s a real shame, as the hotel itself is beautifully designed and I was hoping it could become my regular place to stay, given I’m in London every week for work. I spoke to reception the following morning and they were apologetic. However, after sending a video showing the issue, I haven’t received any follow-up or response, which is disappointing. If you’re planning to stay here, I would recommend avoiding room 102 until this issue has been resolved.
