It's five-stars from me! I stayed for just one night and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were all very helpful, warm and welcoming throughout - from the reception, to the spa, restaurant, workspace and bar, I felt very well looked after. The app and room guides also made settling in very easy. The facilities were beautifully designed in every space, complemented by soft lighting and thought-provoking artworks. The bedroom was well equipped, comfortable and stylish, and the room temperature was easily adjustable which is a must for me. The view from the window suited me well (lucky me, I could view the supermoon from my pillow). I could have easily stayed in their lobby all day just for their music playlist. I had a delicious meal in their restaurant, which I felt was a great value for the cost - the ambience was cosy, yet sophisticated. Breakfast in the morning was delightful, with the tastiest fresh honey and yogurt I think I have ever had. The spa was a real asset, I used their sauna, steam room and pool in the morning - it wasn't at all busy, but the other guests I met were all friendly. I didn't use the gym, but it looked well equipped and the classes looked accessible for different levels. Their listening lounge event really topped it off for me with world renowned DJs in discussion, up close and personal. This was something that I didn't expect - as someone who loves and works in music, this was really unique. In general, their events programming looked very varied and cool. It's clear that the Mason & Fifth team know and care about the importance of authentic cultural experiences to provide the best overall experience for their guests. As I was only there one night, I didn't get to experience the cinema. However, I popped my head in and it looked boutique and comfortable. The only down side was being there for only one night! I know the space has not long been open and will now be highly recommending Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park to all, before it inevitably becomes perpetually booked.
