Just got back from a 2 night stay here. A beautiful hotel with everything you need for a stay away from home. Check in process quite lengthy but this is a new hotel so maybe this will improve. Special mention to Monica who is a complete darling (give her a bonus!) Got lost trying to find the pool, which is gorgeous. Good do with a little attention to detail. Found dried on shower gel in the shower and coffee spills at the head of the bed. Also public areas a little grubby on floors and fingerprints on every mirror and glass. Would have given you 5 stars if these little things got sorted. Area is a little shady but 10 min walk to Westbourne Park underground.
