My husband and I stayed from July 8th–10th. The room was very nice and clean, the spa area was lovely, and the employees were welcoming. A big minus was that the rooms were extremely poorly soundproofed. When the person in the room next to us listened to music, we could hear it clearly in our room. One evening, a neighbor knocked on our door and asked if we could turn down the TV. We felt a bit like we were on a school trip being told off by a teacher, rather than on the romantic getaway we were expecting. This was our first trip alone since 2020 due to covid and having our two children. This put a damper on the overall experience.||We didn’t feel comfortable living the way we wanted, knowing the neighbors could hear everything. We even recorded a video of how noisy it was and showed it to the staff at checkout as they wanted to know how our stay was since the hotel just opened, but we were told it was too late to do anything about it since the hotel was already built. I’m not sure if this problem affects the whole hotel or just our room. It’s a shame, because we would gladly have booked the hotel again if not for this issue. If not for this, I would have given the hotel 5 stars ⭐️ But we have sadly booked a different hotel for our upcoming trip. If this problem is sorted out, we would love to return for a visit in the future.
