Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful, and the amenities were a real highlight that added great value to the experience. There were a few minor downsides. The bed size was a too small for us as a couple. The double felt quite small and made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep (though it would likely be fine for a solo guest). The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with frequent dropouts and slow speeds. A few simple additions would make a big difference: a kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea, and an iron and ironing board for convenience. We also found the TV remote didn’t have working batteries, and the app was somewhat difficult to set up. With a few small improvements, this could easily be an excellent stay. But thanks again to the team as they were fantastic throughout 👏👏
