Room clean and warm but not a standard size double bed. Location great for our business meeting. Pool area spotless and a great chill zone. Hotel facilities fantastic. Service in the restaurant let our stay down as no wine list was on display or offered. Told no Pinot white wine only offered a bottle of Sauvignon. Wine was terrible offered a second taste also terrible, still no wine list displaying prices. Resulting in a £48 bottle being charged with £6 service charge. I feel bar prices should be transparent and available. I mentioned this on check to be told it would be passed on, also wrote to customer services but heard nothing back to date.
