The hotel is new and opened about 6 months ago. Everything is beautifully furnished. However the beds are really small, even for me and my mum. They told us they are aware of this though and are going to replace with bigger beds. The staff at the reception was amazing - especially Monica, who instantly made us feel welcome; she was there almost every day for the 4 days we stayed at the hotel and always asked with interest what we had been up to. A real people person! Breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately the staff here worked really inefficiently, which meant that there was a constant shortage of bread, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, cups, curler, everything in fact. It was as if they hadn't really prepared before breakfast opened, which we wondered about, as it should be a fixed routine after being open for half a year. The gym, pool, sauna and steam bath was a really nice addition. If the hotel didn’t have these facilities it wouldn’t have been worth the price.
