The hotel itself is quite nice, with a really cool vibe. The spa facilities are great and we enjoyed taking advantage of them! However, when we arrived our bathroom was quite dirty. We alerted the front desk about this and they put a note in their system but didn’t offer to have it cleaned. So we had to ask for a different room. That was fine, no hesitation. However as we were sleeping the next morning, at 7am, someone just walked into our new room? As soon as we said something they apologized and left. It must have been an employee but it made us feel really violated and unsafe, luckily we were only staying one night. We relayed these problems to the staff at checkout and were told that a manager would be in contact with us, but it’s been about two weeks and we haven’t heard anything. All in all, it’s a nice hotel but I’d definitely recommend some management improvements. I realize this is a new hotel (an excuse used multiple times while we were there), but this kind of thing is inexcusable. Really unfortunate because we could have had an outstanding time if it were handled better!
