There are countless 5* reviews highlighting the positives - and there are many. But I'll focus on the little issues that make it a 4* experience over all. Rooms are very compact as expected but even with the AC off there was a lot of background hum (coming from the pipes/ventilation/fridge). Shower pressure was just OK. Gym/pool/10th floor lounge etc were great, but again small and often too busy. Getting from A to B around the property would invariably take multiple key card uses. The card readers (especially in the lift) would often take a few extra seconds to register to the point you'd think it had failed to read. But the key experience that detracted from the overall experience was the front desk. Yes, everyone was very friendly and appeared to be trying to be helpful. But each interaction was incredibly slow, inefficient and incompetent. Even just getting a new key involved an unfathomably long wait.
