****update: I have since spoken with the general manager, they were extremely apologetic for the way I was treated by some of the staff and eager to make things right. I am hoping my next visit to Mason & fifth is an improved one. I am optimistic based on the effort put forth to remediate my disappointing stay. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I echo what other reviews have said about the room and the hotel being dirty and unsanitary. That would be enough to deter me from staying here again; however, what had led me to write a review was how I was treated by some of the night staff. I was met with blatant rudeness and disrespect when asking for water. I can only imagine how they treat guests with serious issues with their rooms. There are many nicer hotels with similar price points. I would suggest Hayden pub and rooms or Art’Hotel.
