Upon arrival staff were very polite and kind. I came to London to celebrate my 21st birthday. Special shoutout to Rhianna for her exceptional service. She was extremely accommodating. The room is very clean, bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was clean. The only down side was the terrible WiFi reception. It was very hard to use the TV in the room too. The location is accessible to both tube station and bus stop. You can also walk to Nottinghill and High Street Kensington. One bus ride to Camden Overall, it was an excellent stay and would recommend this place.
