Wonderful stay, we loved the laid back vibe and concept of the hotel. The beds were sooo comfortable, you get a sense of ‘aah’ as soon as you walk in with the atmosphere, the smell of the spa oils, we would love to come back and stay again. It’s a 2 minute walk from Westbourne underground and really handy for visiting London. The tiny issue we had was the phones didn’t connect to the TV properly so the music from Apple or Spotify didn’t connect. But that’s a tiny flaw.
