You can easily find the positive aspects of this hotel from other reviews, so I’ll just mention a few areas where I think there’s room for improvement from a guest’s perspective. Room cleaning is provided only once every four days. If you request cleaning before that, you’ll be charged £15. Even requesting a towel change costs £15. Just something to keep in mind when planning your stay.
