I have had mixed experiences with The Collective. Upon check-in room was not ready and the staff did not handle it properly. It was paid for a day earlier so I could early check-in but it was not. Room was dirty with hairs on the toilet and sink.
They have few changes every now and then and one of which was the laundry which all tenants/guests unable to use the facility for few days which was not acceptable. There should have been contingency plans in place before changes. I would like to commend one staff for her excellent service Fatima who is ready to help from my queries, to parcel assistance and other needs i.e lost mails.
