It's clean, and there are events held every day, making it easy to make friends. Rooms are cleaned once every two weeks. It's also convenient to be able to use the night tube at North Acton station (although it's a bit of a walk) when you get home late at night. You'll need to bring your own toilet paper, towels, shampoo, etc., but you can buy them at the convenience store next door. I'd like to use this service again the next time I'm in London.
