Horrible place saw mice lurking around in the lobby and restaurant 🤢 called eailing council they will be investigating this further. Rooms are small and management don’t really care and want money and are so rude the only plus side was the night staff as they helped with every enquiry but when it came to the morning staff they were dreadful and sloppy will not be coming back to this dump ever again
