If you want to pay an above market rate for cold water showers, lacklustre management inattention and a bunch of excuses every day, look no further! I've lived here for 4 months (4 months too long if you ask me), out of which there has been no hot water for 12 days. We have been hearing different excuses every week as to why this hasn't been fixed at the root. Yes, you get events included in the price, and access to some shared facilities (gym, co-working space etc) but if the basics are not guaranteed, is it really worth it?
