Made a reservation, paid full deposit and then one week before moving in decided to not go ahead. Informed the staff that I was Ok with the losing the deposit, but The Collective forces you to pay the full rent even if you are not moving in !!! So what was the non refundable deposit for????? Horrible service altogether
