I am so grateful to have found Resonance. They are so much more than just a wellness retreat center. Their private chef is incredible. He cooks healthy meals with a so much flavor. They put together a wide variety community events both spiritual and fun. Some of the events I have attended include Kirtan chanting, ecstatic dances, sound journeys, sunset volleyball, temazcal (sweat lodge), and live music performances. They always provide a space to come together as a community, something I have been in search of since I landed in Costa Rica. Their energy is up lifting and contagious.
