5 days after check out I got randomly charged of almost 300€. The customer service is sadly not taking care of it at all….while my initial email got an insanely rude response, my follow up emails just got ignored since then. This is absolut unacceptable and reviewing the latest comments here, seems like there is something completely off at this Selina Hotel……UPDATE: I just got charged again randomly of another almost 2.000€….6 weeks after check out. I’m speechless! Never experienced such an unprofessional behavior at any other hotel before!
