Everything was excellent. The pool was clean, as were the rooms. The cleaning service was very good. My room, which was more like an apartment, needed more utensils, a microwave, shelves, and a TV. It would have been better for a more comfortable experience and to feel at home. The prices were very reasonable, and the coffee shop was delicious! I would definitely go back. BUT THE AFTERNOON RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. I RECOMMEND COMPLAINING ABOUT HER. There is one receptionist who is very kind; she wears glasses! She's very nice and answered our questions!
