I called the owner 2x with a few questions before booking. Tom explained exactly what to expect. He & Liz were easy to become friends with. The daily housekeeping & grounds keeper were excellent. For us, the location was beautiful. The comfortable environment and interaction with other guests (a number of surfers) was a lot of fun. We invited a couple who stayed 3 of the 8 nights & had a great time especially good morning coffee (included) and found some really good restaurants. Taxi drivers & chicken busses (public mini vans) were readily accessible.|We plan to return for sure.
